    I admit to being more than a little fussy about how my vehicle is treated when being purchased or serviced. This little "fussy" issue I have was not only noticed way back in 2010, not shoved away but embraced & then spread through all 4 departments. I may be fussy, but I am also pleased. THAT, is as good as it gets!

    What it really amounts to is a Dealership work ethic that does not include making the most profit from 1 sale, but making continued profit from continued sales. It has been my experience that a satisfied customer ALWAYS returns. This ethic, displayed equally over 4 departments makes the Rose City Chrysler experience memorable, and continuous.

    No business in any market can truthfully claim a perfect record of customer pleasure 100% of the time, but when I found that Rose City Chrysler was a business I could "trust" to always do their best to look after my vehicle (and me), I knew I had found a business where I felt at home.

    Will NEVER return to Rose City - ridiculous up selling of unnecessary, expensive services that probably catch a lot of people unaware. Had Rose City do an oil change for me, and they recommended a number of unnecessary services but made it sound like it was a recommended service interval based on the mileage of my vehicle; checked the owner's manual later and they're not even listed as necessary. Also added several fees onto my bill of stuff that they made sound like they were just going to "throw in" to the service, never once telling me they were actually going to cost X amount, etc. Very dishonest and misleading. If an otherwise unsuspecting customer would have said 'yes' to everything the service advisors were saying are necessary it would have cost over $1,000 - for an oil change and a bunch of unnecessary services! Go get second opinions, and steer clear.
